Jenny Lee has extensive experience in the financial aspects of the high-tech and venture capital industries. Ms. Lee has served as controller for several venture-backed start-up software and Internet companies. She is experienced in the creation, implementation, and streamlining of policies, procedures, and controls for all aspects of accounting and reporting. She has been actively involved in several private financings and acquisitions and instrumental in developing business plans that led to equity funding from top-tier VCs.Ms. Lee's previous positions include controller at Gabriel Venture Partners and financial manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP's Pacific Northwest /Hawaii tax practice. Ms. Lee has served on adjunct faculty, teaching corporate and partnership accounting. She also developed and taught internal accounting classes for AT&T. Ms. Lee began her career at Ernst & Young working in both tax and audit.
She received her BS in business administration/accounting and masters in taxation from California State University, Hayward, and Golden Gate University.
