Holli Bohren has over 16 years experience working with public and private companies as a portfolio manager and finance executive. Having consulted to or worked in the finance organization of over 20 early-stage companies, she is skilled in implementing financial policies and controls, driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, raising venture debt and equity capital, and mergers and acquisitions due diligence.
Ms. Bohren was Sr. Director of Finance at ZANTAZ, which was acquired by Autonomy (LSE: AU) for $400M in 2007. She also worked in PriceWaterhouseCoopers' Advanced Development Program in the audit group with financial institution clients in venture capital, real estate and other investment partnerships, global banking, and technology.
She received her BA in Economics from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
